LOCATION

The site is located to the south east of the village of Huntworth approximately 0.25 miles (0.40 km) from junction 24 of the M5 Motorway. The M5 offers quick access to the major centres of Taunton (8 miles-12.87 km) and Weston-Super-Mare (21 miles-33.78 km) and regional centres of Bristol (37 miles-59.53 km), Exeter (41 miles-66 km) and London (151 miles-243 km).

Huntworth is a pleasant and picturesque village. The nearest mainline train station is in Bridgwater, approximately 2.5 miles (4.02 km) to the north, which offers a link to London Paddington in approximately two and a half hours.

The site is adjacent to the Bridgwater and Taunton Canal which offers mooring facilities for leisure craft.
